Each Emote file size is set to a default of 500x500 pixels.

The the base file sizes for individual characters, the sizes will be adjusted accordingly with any additional characters. If you'd like to have a custom file size, make sure to specify that with your inquiry.

Commissions are non refundable.

The artist has the right to decline any commission.

Extra charges on a completed commission will not happen unless agreed upon.

The order that projects are prioritized is listed on the Waiting List. The only exception is the case of a Rush Order, which will become the top priority.

References are required prior to starting the commission, especially for creating new characters/designs. Creating a character will result in an up charge, prices vary depending on the complexity. The only exception is a Skeb style commission.

Provided color palettes may vary in the final artwork. If you wish for the commission to match a color palette perfectly let the artist know.

Each commission type has a set file sizes, if you wish for a custom size make sure to specify that to the artist, larger file sizes will result in an up charge.

The artist is not responsible for making sure an emote adheres to Twitch or Discord's TOS and or Community Guidelines.

Do not request artwork to replicate another artist’s style. You are commissioning this artist's style.

Deadlines must be agreed upon before starting the commission.

The products provided to the client are digital goods. No physical products will be shipped unless otherwise discussed.

The finished commission will be rasterized in .PNG format. There is also the option of .JPEG format.

If there are multiple files it will be delivered via email or Discord in a Zip file. If you would prefer it to be delivered in a different manner, communicate with the artist to set up a different method.

USD currency only.

The artist is regularly available between 11am – 4pm (PST) Monday through Friday. Weekends vary. The artist will respond when they are available outside of these hours.

If client feedback is delayed that will in turn delay the commission. It is important the artist and the client respect one another's time.

Delays may be caused by computer issues or the artist's personal life. With that in mind, understand that there will be times where responses and progress may be delayed.

The client will be required to state if the commission is for personal or commercial use as it will be priced differently depending on its intended purpose. More information can be found in the Occurring Fees, Rights & Terms sections of this TOS.

Sketch Phase, 2 major changes are allowed during this period. This includes general composition, posing, and details.

Rendering Phase, minor changes + detail adjustments. This includes colors, lighting/shading, and minor details.

Any desired major changes outside of the Sketch Phase stage will require a Major Revisions Fee be paid. The project will not receive major changes or be continued until that is paid.

Slots are NOT first come first serve. The artist will place the client's commission in the slots based on the projected timeline of what can be done fastest/ what is best for their mental health timing wise.

The artist reserves the right to increase the price and or request additional fees. Fees will not be applied without confirmation from the client. If the client does not accept the fee, the commission will either; not be taken or further work on the commission will be terminated.

Rush Order Fee: Additional 50% of the total price to deliver within 3–7 business days. This fee is available only if the artist is able to meet it. Make sure to confirm with the artist ahead of beginning the project.

Commercial Rights Fee: Additional 75% of the original project total price buys Commercial Rights to the commission.

Major Revisions Fee: Additional minimal amount of 50% per order. Minor Revisions are already included in the price. Major Revisions will not be fulfilled unless the fee amount is received. (This only applies outside of the Sketch Phase.)

Late Response Fee: If the client is unable to respond within a reasonable time frame (3-5 days) to the artist contacting them about their active commission they will be fined starting at $10 each day the response is delayed. That fine will be raised by $5 every 7th day.

NDA / Privacy Fee: If the client wishes for the commission to remain permanently private, (this includes from being streamed via Discord/Twitch and or posted on any social media) there is an additional fee of $100. However, with the artist's agreement, the client can specify a date (i.e. a birthday, an event, etc.) when the artist can post the commissioned work within a reasonable amount of time that will not require this fee.

Commercial Rights is the purchase of ownership of the completed artwork and the profit that can be made off of it. The artist will no longer benefit from reproducing that image themselves. With this in mind the artist must account for the value of that image by giving over ownership. With Commercial Rights, the client receives the following:

The right to produce merchandise from the commissioned artwork.

The right to sell the artwork for your own profit.

The right to edit, recolor, and remove watermarks.

The right to use it on any website without having to credit the artist.

Minor Revisions includes minor alterations to marking, color, and shading.

Major Revisions refers to either a big concept change or a complete scrap and restart of a project. The fee depends on the severity of the changes. If a major revision applies the client will be sent another invoice to cover the cost of the extra work. Production will stop until payment is received.

In-Progress marks the start of the project — not the moment an order has been placed by the customer nor confirmed by the artist. This term is to respect other orders in the Waiting List.

Personal Use is to use the provided artwork without making profit. Twitch/Discord Emotes and Badges fall under this. As long as they are only being used for the intended purpose of Emotes/Badges.

Prohibited Use has two rules. The client is strictly prohibited from uploading any commissioned artwork as an NFT as well as uploading any commissioned artwork into any generative Artificial Intelligence.Not to train AI, not to 'enhance' the artwork, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora AI' and any other AI tools. This applies to past, present and future commission with the artist. Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited.

If the client fails to adhere to the two prohibited uses, they will void the client’s ownership and or commercial rights of the commissioned piece. This will also result in being blacklisted by the artist and their extensive list of artist mutuals.
